The population has increased since the last census in 2011 though the mix is a little different. Australian heritage (40%)is dominant with Pitcairn (22%) and New Zealand (17%) heritage 2nd and third. We have seen a decrease in the Fijian population as many have received residencies and moved to Australia but we have seen a marked increase in the Philipino population which has leveled with English born.
